Need help with Speechka? Email support@speechka.io. We usually need your account email, Mac model, macOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Sign-in
If Google opens in your browser, finish sign-in there and return to Speechka. If the app does not refresh automatically, use the Refresh action shown in Speechka.
Microphone setup
Allow microphone access in macOS settings. For broadcasting, select Speechka's virtual microphone, such as BlackHole 2ch, inside your call app.
Credits and billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage subscriptions and payment details from the app. One credit equals about one minute of personal voice translation.
Personal voice
Record in a quiet room and speak clearly. You can replace or delete your saved voice from the app.
