Acceptable Use
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Speechka. It applies to the website, Mac app, voice features, translation sessions, billing flows, and support channels.
1. Voice consent
You may only create, upload, record, or use a personal voice sample that belongs to you or that you have clear permission to use. Do not clone, imitate, or use another person's voice without permission.
2. No impersonation or deception
Do not use Speechka to impersonate someone, mislead people about who is speaking, create deceptive audio, commit fraud, or hide that translated or generated speech is being used when disclosure is required by law or context.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal activity, harassment, threats, abuse, or targeted hate.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, social engineering, or identity theft.
- Sexual exploitation, child safety violations, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Defamation, doxxing, privacy violations, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Malware, spam, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Any use that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
4. Service abuse
Do not bypass usage limits, resell access without permission, automate abusive usage, interfere with Speechka systems, reverse engineer the app, scrape protected systems, or overload Speechka or its providers.
5. Enforcement
Speechka may suspend or terminate access, remove or disable voice samples, restrict billing, refuse refunds, or report activity to providers or authorities where appropriate if this policy is violated.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@speechka.io. Include relevant account information, dates, screenshots, and a short description.
