Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Speechka trial access, Pro subscriptions, and additional credits. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. General policy

Speechka is a digital service that provides access to real-time transcription, translation, and personal voice generation. Refunds are reviewed case by case. We try to be fair, but we generally do not refund used credits, expired trial access, or subscription time that has already provided access.

2. Trial access

Trial access is a one-time paid trial. Trial payments are generally non-refundable after trial credits are used or the trial period has started, unless there was a duplicate charge, payment error, or technical issue that prevented access.

3. Pro subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Speechka app and Stripe customer portal. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period.

4. Additional credits

Additional credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, especially if any of the credits have been used. If a purchase was duplicated or credits were not delivered because of a technical issue, contact support.

5. When refunds may be approved

  • A duplicate charge was made by mistake.
  • A payment was completed but access or credits were not delivered.
  • A technical issue on Speechka's side prevented meaningful access shortly after purchase.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@speechka.io with your account email, purchase date, Stripe receipt or invoice number if available, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank without contacting support, Speechka may restrict account access while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact support first so we can investigate quickly.
